The role

Tonk is still in it's early days, so you’ll be work side by side with the founder and a world-class team who’ll support your growth, push your thinking, and give you creative ownership. You'll be exposed to many parts of the business like product, strategy and company-building in addition to driving ecosystem growth, branding and marketing.

This would be a perfect role for someone who is passionate about crafting story and community, but still wants to grapple with the unique challenges of growing a startup. We are looking for someone who is data-driven yet human-centered with 1-2 years of experience, or potentially a talented graduate. Bonus points if you have a knack for aesthetics, storytelling, virality or bringing people together for a moment that sparks genuine connection.

We don’t expect you to know everything on day one, but you can expect:

You will own

• Maintain and evolve brand identity guidelines, voice and visual identity across channels
• Produce content for our blog, newsletter and social media
• Develop marketing assets
• Manage, moderate and grow our community across platforms
• Organize community-driven events online and in-person
• Engage with partners, contributors and early adopters

• Defining brand vision
